Rated v out of 5 by VAAC from The nigh Beautiful Roof on my Street. If yous were to bulldoze up my street... immediately... your eyes will become to MY roof. Why? Considering information technology is the virtually beautiful. Before, I would say the nicest roof was Kevin's business firm. Just now, it's my business firm. I'm so glad I went with the recommended Birchwood colour. Confronting the Hawaiian sunshine, my new roof displays a beautiful textured pattern, caused by the shading of this Birchwood colored Ultra Hard disk drive GAF shingle. Before, I had a decent black roof. But I didn't even know that at that place was algae growing on it. Now, I see everybody's black roof and I See all the algae growing all over it. LOL I'grand and then excited to know my NEW roof has a 25 year Algae resistance warranty.

Again, GAF has exceeded our expectations and we are greatly satisfied with our determination to install and renew with the underlayment products and the GAF Timberline Lifetime Shingles.The quality of workmanship and the beauty of these shingles not only has enhanced our domicile, it has given us total peace of heed in our investment. Rated 5 out of v by KRDE from My Corner Belongings House Gets Lots of Compliments I have a sloped roof well-nigh the embankment which tin experience high winds. We went with the Timberline Ultra Hard disk Architectural shingles; even though they are gray, the colour stands out and has weathered some high winds not long after installation. The Ridge Cap Shingles vent the areas where rusting metal vent fans used to be - a big improvement! These shingles were laid on 3 other layers - Tigerpaw breathable layer, Ice and H2o Shield leak protection layer, and a Pro-Starter strip for 130 mph wind protection. This was a large project, and I have received many compliments from the neighborhood.

Rated 5 out of v by PEDI from Timberline Ultra HD Roof We selected the following materials for our new roof system: Timberline Ultra Hd shingles and Deck Armor UV-stabilized polypropylene on top of decking (under the shingles). This synthetic material is breathable and reduces moisture from being trapped within the roofing system thereby averting mold issues; Tempest Guard Ice & Water shield for valleys and penetrations, Pro-start starter shingles to provide optimal wind resistance at the eaves, and Cobra 3 - 12" ridge vents in conjunction with the Lomanco 14" Whirlybird turbines for optimal attic ventilation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JEOL from Very Dimensional The chief reason we selected the Ultra Hd's was the algae warranty. Looks horrible after x or so years when many roofs start to get the black staining. Merely time will tell if these live upwardly to their merits. These shingles also have a much better 3 dimensional look to them. Very noticeable compared to the regular Hard disk drive's. Was worth the slight upcharge to united states.

Rated five out of 5 past GRGR from Recommend With Reservations Roofing system with production upgrades was installed correctly in April 2020. Every bit of September 2020 and after several hard rains and high winds, there are no problems with roof and 3 penetrations for plumbing vents and kitchen stove exhaust fan. During installation, x spout brackets were aptitude past tarps protecting firm siding or installers placing foot within of spout. Spouts are non designed for this type of load. Ladders resting on spout edge acquired small bends in spout edge. One time again, spouts were not designed for this type of load bearing. Lastly, a section of vinyl siding simply higher up the foundation was punctured by a ladder and had to be replaced by the contractor. Despite these issues, I could still recommend contacting this contractor for an estimate on roof replacement or use as a subcontractor for roof installation.

Rated v out of 5 by ROKU from Our House Looks Amazing! Honestly, we never really paid too much attention to our old roof - information technology was just there. Afterward having our new roof installed, we really like how it adds to the overall look of our habitation. Nosotros went from standard, brown, three-tab shingles to the Pewter Timberline Ultra HD dimensional shingles. The divergence is incredible, with the new shingles improving the "curb appeal" and making our house look richer and more than well-built.
